Whether producing digital content, live events, or supporting emerging businesses, we work to dismantle dominant culture and its exclusionary practices. This might include ensuring clients evaluate the audience and its needs in a webinar, increasing our knowledge of accommodations across abilities and implementing them at live events, and seeking out new collaborators for our clients. We understand that creating a reality where diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are the norm is a lifelong commitment.
